With more than a decade of experience in plumbing design, Ciera Blackmon is a seasoned senior plumbing designer at CFI Companies, Inc.  Her career is marked by a deep-seated passion for tackling the intricacies of projects, transforming them from initial concepts into fully realized successes. She specializes in medical gas systems, having accumulated a wealth of experience in this critical field. Her portfolio boasts the design of more than 50 hospitals, ranging from expansive facilities to more compact, specialized environments.

​Personally, Ciera is actively involved in charitable endeavors that resonate deeply with her. Alongside her husband, she volunteers as sensory-friendly Santa and Mrs. Claus for Tirr Memorial in The Woodlands. Additionally, she organizes an annual food drive for the Ronald McDonald House at the Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital in downtown Houston.
